1st Civil Partnership in Newton Abbot Devon Carriages and Old Forde House were chosen to carry out the 1st Civil Partnership in Newton Abbot on New Years Eve 2005. David and Tom saw Devon Carriages at the wedding fayre held at Old Forde House in September of this year, and fell in love with the thought of a horse drawn carriage.
